Coffee cupping is vital when purchasing coffee beans.
Our cupping bowl designed that has brown on the inside of the cup as opposed to the normal white.
These bowls will help you focus less on the color and clarity of the roast and focus more on the flavor and aroma.
It best pair with the cupping spoon
Put each coffee sample of 9 grams into designated cupping bowls, using two cupping bowls per sample.
Heat up your water and start pouring 150ml of water into the bowl
Use the cupping spoon for breaking the crust. To do this, use the spoon to push the coffee grounds to the back of the bowl. Be sure to rinse the spoon after breaking the crust in each bowl.
Using two spoons, remove the remaining coffee grounds and foam and dump into the spent coffee grounds bowl
