This unica burrata cheese is made from a mix of mozzarella and cream, the outside is a pasta filata curd made of buffalo or cow’s milk, while the inside contains a soft, doughy, stringy, mixture of curd and fresh cream.
Born in the city of Gioia del Colle, in Puglia in 1942, known for their most famous, Fior de Latte mozzarella, Gioiella Latticini, embarked on a journey to offer delicious cheese throughout Italy and beyond.
