The original Zassenhaus grinder of the espresso mill is made of robust special steel and its special hardening gives it an extra long life.
With a slight turn of the knurled screw, you can infinitely adjust the desired grind. Fromfilter coffeetoespressoto a powdery finemocha grind.
The coffee beans are ground gently so that all the aroma and vital substances are retained. Because only freshly ground coffee brings true enjoyment.

The wood:
The wood selection consists of domestic red beech, which is FSC-certified. Zassenhaus only uses this wood and thus supports environmentalprotection.
The care:
Once a year, the grinder should be subjected to cleaning. Over time, oil, which is contained in every coffee bean, builds up in the grinder. For quick cleaning, it is recommended to briefly grind a few grains of raw, uncooked rice. This dissolves the oil residue from the coffee in the grinder and is also the best and mostenvironmentally friendly option.
