A result of extensive research and development that brings forth the perfect balance of burr teeth and angles. These burrs are engineered toprovide a wider range of grind settings, accommodating an array of brewing techniques from Turkish coffee to Cold Brewing.
Made with high-nitrogen martensitic steel, a super durable and hard-wearing material, the Baracudaburrsare made to last for generations. The outer body of the C60 is made from the same long-lasting steel as the burrs and makes this grinder an absolute beast tograsp ontoand grind with.
Fast and Precise Grinding
With the addition of alonger crank arm and larger pummel, your dose is ground quickly and efficiently with less effort required.Through the interior stepped grind adjustment dial, a silky espresso shot to a robust French press brew is achieved. The C60 ensures each grind setting is customised to extract the aroma of your coffee beans, all while preserving their delicate flavours.
With being able to grind upwards of two to three times faster, the Comandante C60 Baracuda magically shares the same dimensions as the famed C40 and enlarges the outer burr diameter to increase the grinding surface area.
The Gold Clix drivetrain system’s GX50 thread allows for incredibly precise grind adjustments.With a vertical burr pitch of 41.6m per click, the resulting change to your target particle size is around 21m per click setting.
